The Daily Watch online newspaper is currently recruiting competent reporters/features writers urgently across the nation .
The Publisher/ Editor-in-Chief , Mr. Cletus Opukeme in a statement , said ‘‘We want to expand our coverage and perhaps hit the newsstand with hard copy across the nation. That is why we threw open the vacancy notice to recruit competent hands to boost the manpower of the proposed national newspaper.
On minimum qualification, ‘‘ As one who grew to the top in journalism with a meager qualification as just secondary school certificate barely two decades ago. BSc in Mass communication or certificate course in journalism is an added advantage. But basically, our recruitment policy does not base on certificate. But practical performance or delivery’’ he said.
Daily Watch Publisher, Opukeme is a Niger Delta activist, a controversial writer . He holds a BA.(Ed) English from Delta state University. He has cut across his experience in several local, national and international journalism practice with deep experience in investigative journalism.
