WARRI-The Olu of Warri, His Majesty, Ogiame Ikenwoli has charged the new Trust/Youth Executive of Ugboegungun community (Escravos) in Warri South-West Local Government Council of Delta sate led by Mr. Bawor Oteri to use their position for the benefit of their community and avoid actions capable of causing division in Ugboegungun and promote unity by carrying all indigenes along in the course of discharging their functions.
Ogiame Ikenwoli gave this charge when the new Executives led by Mr. Bawor Oteri presented themselves to him at his palace in Warri, admonishing them to unite by having a central purse where all mony entering the community are kept for good use.
Chairman of the new Executives, Mr. Bawor Oteri in his response promised to end all illegal businesses operating in the community and appealed to all indigenes to support his administration in his determination to move the community forward.
Thereafter His Majesty inaugurated the new Executive which include Hon. Davies Omatsone, Vice-Chairman; Edah Gbubemi, Secretary; Billy Emami, PRO; Faith Edema, Treasurer and Wilson Eseyuwa, Auditor. Others are Barr. Bawor Adjor, legal Adviser; Perry Tom, Provost Marshal; Oritseweyinmi Edah, Organising Secretary,Samuel Eyitsede, ex-official member and Oritsegheyi Samuel as Chairman of the Ugbegungun Youth Elite amongst others.
