Hours ago the Country highest  court laid to rest the brouhaha and legal battle by Magnus Abe and Rotimi Amaechi over who the authentic Governorship Candidate for the APC for Rivers state should be and the result of the judgment seemed to have hit both camp seriously.

The verdict of the Nation’s highest Court which totally endorsed and affirmed the Judgment of Justice Chiwendu  Nworgu of the State High Court which  simply means that the APC in Rivers state has no Candidate for Governorship, National and state House f Assembly Elections in the state due to the refusal of the Party to Obey the  simple judgment of the High court.

The judgment of the Supreme Court which came out few hours ago is said to have created a whirlwind of tears and sadness in the Camp of  Senator Magnus Abe and  that of the minister for Transport Rotimi Amaechi with the Governorship Candidate of the APC Tonye Cole confirmed to have wept profusely over the court Judgment and continually blame the Minister of Transport for the his woes and that of the Party in the state  which he was said to describe as surmountable in the initial stage when he suggested re-approchment, consultation and even plea but for the insistence of the Minister   not to negotiate or appeal to Magnus Abe in the earliest part of the whole crisis.

Daily Watch   spiritedly tried to speak with the  leader of the Tonye Cole Faction of the APC in the State the Minister for Transport Chief Rotimi Amaechi to get his comment on the Supreme court judgment but was not successful  same for the leader of the 2nd faction headed by Senator  Magnus Abe.
