Kaduna Gov vow to give ticket to Sani Uba, an aide of the Gov.
This doesn’t seem a very good time for Senator Shehu Sani from Kaduna state Central as his bid to return to te Senate after been forced to eat his vow to contest the Kaduna state goodbye still has not brought him reprieve from his adversaries in the APC in Kaduna State and the Federal Level
Daily Watch investigations confirmed that Shehu San who was a staunch member of the Akida Group APC in Kaduna who agreed to move to the PDP in a mass defection that involved the Akida and Reformation group in Kaduna chickened out of the agreement in the dying minutes as a result of what he termed counsel of some Nigerians like Balarabe Musa.
This so called wise ‘counsel’ seemed to be turning into an albatross on the part of the erudite critic as he is at the moment been tossed left and right by the Presidency, the APC and the Governor of Kaduna over his political future.
While the Presidency keeps firmly assuring the Senator Representing Kaduna Central of an automatic ticket to re contest his Senatorial seat, the APC NWC has totally and openly confirmed that the Senator is not and cannot be given any form of automatic ticket just as the State Governor Mallam E-Rufai who holds the APC structures in Kaduna has openly vowed again and again that Shehu Sani can never get the return ticket under APC in Kaduna to the Senate as the Position has been given to one Uba Sani an aide to governor El-Rufai.
According to investigations, the Presidency seemed powerless in forcing El-Rufai but keep given assurances to Shehu Sani to stop him from moving to the PDP until after all Parties primaries must have come and gone by so cutting Shehu Sani from contesting on any political party come 2019.
Series of Attempts to get Shehu Sani to comment on the Presidency assurances juxtaposed with the stance of the state Governor Mallam El-Rufai and the APC NWC was not possible as at press time.
