The clan head of Itam, His Royal Highness Etebom Dr. Donald Uboh JP (AMBP) said SARS has misuse their operational function or guideline assign to them definitely called for their disband by Nigerians.
The clan head of Itam, His Royal Highness Etebom Dr. Donald Uboh JP (AMBP) made this known while speaking with journalists in his palace in Itu Local Government Area.
The royal father said towards this development some Nigerians always have the problem of power even in the political circle when achieve or grab power goes beyond their jurisdiction just as the issue of SARS while Nigerians complained totally overt the activities of SARS across the society without operating their legitimate functions or guideline assign to them.
According to him, the disband was unfortunate, still have respected and genuine policemen in the force who have passion over their profession should be fix in the new setup for Nigerians to witness effective policing across the federation.
The clan head said would they still maintain the former officers or are they going to recruit new policemen despite that Nigerians are seriously watching with their eagle eyes over the entire drama that would manifest at the end.
The monarch has called on the youth across the country to pocket their protest that the government would not fail Nigerians and believed justice would be done towards that effect without experiencing and witnessing any crisis again. He said Nigerians should exercise patient that the Nigerian police force would continue to deliver their job perfectly especially in protecting lives and properties of our citizens
