WARRI- Following the release of the time-table for the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, National Convention,the former Delta State Commissioner for Lands,Survey&Urban Development, Barr. Raymos Guanah today indicated interests to contest as the National Delegate to represent the people of Patani Local Government Area.
In a chat with our correspondents, Guanah said that the national convention where a presidential candidate for the PDP will be elected requires a person like him to represent Patani Local Government Area.
The former Delta State House of Assembly Member stated that if given the opportunity to represent Patani people,he will ensure that only a candidate that is grassroots oriented will get his vote and the vote of his constituency.
Barr Raymos Guanah was one time Chairman of Patani Local Government Area. He also served as Special Adviser and later political adviser to Chief James Ibori, former Delta State Governor.
In 2007,he was appointed as Commissioner for Lands,Surveys& Urban Development by Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan,former Governor of Delta State.
Barr.Guanah is a grassroots politician and mobiliser.
