PAP boss visits Delta/Edo states liaison office

* Tasks employees to attend to delegates with caution

Administrator High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro has cautioned staff of the office to attend to delegates inquiries with care and in the best manner to ease operations.

Dr. Otuaro disclosed while addressing staff of the Amnesty office Edo/Warri,saying that staff behaviour with delegates is paramount to create smooth running of the programme. That the satellite offices are closer to the various delegates to get quick attention on areas that affect them to get clarification, instead of visiting Abuja, head office.

He emphasized that doing so will guarantee friendly working ties between the Abuja head office and the liaison offices.

He warned to show any staff the way out, if engage in their personal businesses, instead of their assigned duties.

Dr. Otuaro also directed staff to constantly report any office-related issues that might be impeding productivity to the head office in Abuja for quick attention.

 

 

Additionally, he emphasized that all activities that must be completed in the liaison office should support the Head Office in maintaining and advancing the peace in the Niger Delta region. as the program’s main goal is to achieve this.

Otuaro also urged them to be courteous and patient. mentioning that the liaison office is the delegate’s first point of contact if they are unable to travel to the main office in Abuja to file a complaint. As a result, when handling the concerns from these delegates, advised the personnel to behave appropriately.

On behalf of the Liaison Office: Capt. Presley Prebor, Manager, expressed gratitude to the Administrator for thinking it appropriate to stop by the Liaison Office, saying that his presence would  provide the employees more motivation and self-assurance to perform their own tasks at the workplace.

Capt. Presley, speaking further appealed to the administrator that the office space is not enough for the employees and pleaded for expansion.

He said the office was arranged for (8) employees. which has  currently increased to 22 employees.

At hand to welcome the PAP administrator Dr Dennis Otuaro are, the manager of the Delta/Edo Liaison Office, Captain Presley Prebor,  assistant manager, Prince Seleakpo Botu, accompanied by the Technical Adviser, Mr. Daniel Edgar Biu, The General Manager Of Operations Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Sir Godfrey Tare Pondi, Chief Fezigha Odu, Chief Ebimobowei Oguma, S.A to the Administrator, Chief Moses Bebenimibo, Engr. Ebikonde Victor Sokoto, and others.
