Meanwhile, another indigene of Akure, Tayo Oluwatuyi Oluseye popularly known as Tukana had been appointed as the new Secretary to the State Government.
His appointment followed the resignation of Ifedayo Abegunde as SSG today.
The New SSG was a Commissioner under Mimiko and was appointed by Akeredolu last year following a minor cabinet reshuffle
Until his new appointment, he was the state commissioner for natural resources.
