Executive governor of Delta state Chief Sheriff Oborevwori has extolled Hon. Stella Oketete on her 40th birthday for being exemplary youth leader to the youths in Delta and beyond.
Oborevwori made the commendation during her 40th birthday thanksgiving ceremony at the Christ Missionaries Crusaders Church, Warri, Delta state.
He said, ”Your exemplary lifestyle as a youth has given hope to other girl-child in Delta state and Nigeria at large.
”Your virtuous character with an over whelming achievements in early in life is quite emulable and I want wish you a happy birthdy at 40 on behalf of Delta state. I rememver when you were a councillor, you did very well. You gathered Nigerians today in Warri to celebrate with you on your 40th birthday is a mark of good things to come your way in the near future. I wish you a divine God’s guidance and protection to always give you wisdom to lead you to greatness” Oborevwori said.
The governor however, sued for peace and unity in Delta state. He said his tenure runs an all inclusive administration that there is no demarcation between party lines as he assured Deltans total commitment with financial prudence to embark on massive infrastructure drive across all nooks and crannies.Sathat his administration’s MORE agenda would bring the needed development to all Deltans.
In her vote of thanks, the celebrant, who is a former National Woman Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Stella Okotete, said she was grateful to God for blessing her life over the years.
Okotete who hailed from Ekrerhavwen-Agbarho in Ughelli North Local Government Area of the state, thanked Governor Oborevwori for attending the thanksgiving, inspite of their political differences.
Okotete was the immediate past Executive Director, Business Development NEXIM Bank.
The thanksgiving attracted traditional rulers across the state, captains of industries and top politicians in South South region.
