Lawmaker donates street lights for Delta riverine community

ISABA- Inline with the SMART Agenda of, His Excellency Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, councillor representing Isaba Ward, Hon. Engr. Moses Ogugu has donated street lights to Pere-ama community, in Isaba Kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta state.

Hon. Ogugu said in a press statement that the desire to improve the lives of the communities was burning greatly as part of his duties which necessitated the donation of street lights for the Pere-ama community.


His words “Pere-ama community in Isaba kingdom has been in darkness for a decade. Light is life and I will do everything in my capacity to accelerate democratic dividends and be transparent, accountable, as well as very prudent with the resources of the people.

‘‘I used my nine month salary to install a phase one street lights with 15kva standby generator at Pere-ama community, Isaba Kingdom, in my little capacity for the masses to feel the impact of good governance, as well as the prosperity vision  of the SMART agenda of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.” He noted.
