Kurugbe bags double awards of excellence

Mr Paul Kurugbe, member representing the Delta South Senatorial District of the State Universal Basic Education Board SUBEB has received a double award from the Institute of Human and Natural Resources IHNR in recognition of his outstanding and remarkable performances across schools in the state.

The award which reads PILLAR OF INTEGRITY AWARD; Professional Integrity/Community Builder And Developer Award accords the former education secretary the privilege to be recognised as Fellow Institute of Human and Natural Resources FHNR. The award was presented by Munonye Osondu Mills, Associate Professor of Human Resource Studies/Zonal Coordinator, South, of the Institute and was received by Mr Victor Biakpara who represented the the PM |||.
While presenting the award, Dr Munonye said the Institute recognizes Mr. kurugbe’s performance in promoting the interest of the citizens first and the country as a whole.

He further said that “as a result of numerous achievements you have accomplished since appointed as member representing Delta South Senatorial District. You have made an indelible mark on the sands of time as a “Silent Achiever” and this is worthy of emulation.”

Receiving the award on behalf of Mr kurugbe, Biakpara said that ”thiis Award would trigger him to do more “
He said Kurugbe will not relent in his efforts but keep up the good work.

He appreciated the honour given to Mr. Kurugbe by the INSTITUTE OF HUMAN AND NATURAL RESOURCES, saying it is a challenge to do more.

Kurugbe was among 25 distinguished Deltans honoured by the INSTITUTE OF HUMAN AND NATURAL RESOURCES for their meritorious service to humanity.
