Insecurity: Christians pray for peace nationwide

Christian would continue to pray fervently for God to intervene over the security challenge Nigeria is passing through which is not a true reflection of God’s promise to our Nation.


The founder of Great and Mighty Ministry International Church, Evang. (Mrs.) Emmanuel Akpabot states this yesterday in an interview with newsmen after the 30th Broadcast Anniversary and Inauguration of Essiet Rocky Fella NSUDOH Foundation in Uyo the Akwa Ibom State capital.


Evang. Akpabot said prayers can move mountains and believe with God all things are possible as the issue will be history, saying the experience is unfortunate and understand soul is very important while those perpetrating those evil acts lack knowledge and don’t fear God towards their dealing on humanity.


“She urged Christians and Nigerians to unite despite the situation as a people in prayers and tackle the rising menace of insecurity and poverty for a safer and prosperous nation”.


The founder said to an extent prayer seem to be the only viable pinnacle over the predicament the nation is experiencing while she concluded the issue with some Bible portions like 2nd Cor. 7:13-14, and Isaiah 41:8 to key in her request for better Nigerian.


The Senior Pastor, Mr. Imeh Uffang said despite the issue of praying Government should create job to tackle insecurity roaring across the nation since the church has not relent continuing praying fervently for the nation not to witness the unfortunate menace of insecurity again.


Mr. Imeh said they have been assisting the less privilege, widows, orphans through the church across the nation despite circumstances they would not relent to carry out the work of God especially evangelism.
