INEC sets to declare PDP guber candidates winners for Rivers, Bauchi

INEC Chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu

All is now set for the declaration of the PDP as winners of the March 9th governorship elections in both Rivers state and Bauchi state respectively.

Daily Watch Sources in the top hierarchy of INEC confirmed that all is now set after adequate investigations for the declaration of the final results of the two states election which were in limbo before now.

In Bauchi, INEC simply regenerated the whole results from the field and units in Tafawa Balawa Local government Area before it was rejected because it was not in the stipulated INEC Results sheets and which is the most outstanding place the  supplementary elections was to hold, by this act the much talked about supplementary elections in Bauchi has been put off for INEC to formally declare the PDP Winner of the elections as adding the results of the Tafawa Balewa Elections would see the PDP leading the APC and incumbent Governor with a very large Margin which would make the so called supplementary election irrelevant.

While in the Case of Rivers state the same INEC Committee simply used the regenerated results from Ward to Local Government etc before the results Collation which had reached the 17 Local Government Area was stopped abruptly by men in Military Uniform under the authority of the Minister for transport Chief Rotimi Amaechi.

Daily Watch Soureces in INEC confirmed that going by the results  regenerated by INEC Nyesom Wike of Rivers State would any time from today be declared the Winner of the governorship Elections in Rivers state to the shame of all those who used the Military to dis- organize the result Collation without knowing that already the same results can be regenerated from Units to Ward to Local Government where there have already been announced and collated before the state Collations.

Daily watch Sources has it that from all the regenerated results PDP cleared almost all the Assembly seats and the Governorship seat results.

Daily Watch attempts to reach out to Chief Rotimi Amaechi the leader of APC in Rivers State  and  the Minister for Transport  on the new plans by INEC and his response to it was not possible as at press time.
