*Says his dream of making Delta one indivisible family is still alive
A political bigwig in Delta State, Chief (Dr) Braduce Amakazi Angozi, fcim, popularly known as the political Pope has greeted Nigerians as today marks the 59th independence of the country.
Chief Braduce also urged Deltans to continue to support the policies and programmes of the state Governor, Sen. (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa in building a stronger and more united Delta.
His words: “I wish to use this opportunity to call on Deltans to support the policies and programmes of the state government led by His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa to bring about a stronger and more united Delta State of our dream.”
This was contained in an independence message personally signed and circulated to newsmen in Warri by Chief (Dr) Braduce Amakazi Angozi, a copy was made available to Daily Watch
The political Pope had assured Deltans that his dream of making Delta one indivisible family is still alive.
“My dream to make our dear state a one stop hub where every Deltans will see themselves as one indivisible family is alive.” Chief Braduce asserted.
He however, warned against the culture of mediocrity, corruption, ethnic and religious sentiments which according to him has held Delta and Nigeria backward from really developing over the years.
