What is (are) the real aim and secret behind the so called Livestock Transformational Plan by the Buhari led Government and what are the true benefits of the Transformational Livestock plan and to whom exactly are these so called benefits going to accrue to? What is the difference between the Livestock Transformational Plan and the Suspended RUGA Plot?
This seemed to be the multi facets questions several Nigerians are asking as evidences on ground points to some serious sinister motives for the program me which from all indication is simply to make Fulani’s indigenes of every state in Nigeria, a semblance of what the Suspended RUGA scheme was mean to achieve but to which almost all Nigerians stood up against.
Daily Watch investigations amongst those close to the seat of Power confirmed that the Federal Government So called Livestock Transformational Plans said to be before now headed by Vice President Osibanjo is a monumental deceit after all as it is like the Suspended RUGA a project meant for a particular tribe in Nigeria as against Nigerians as a whole.
Daily Watch investigations confirmed that the livestock Transformational plans whatever name it is called is simply like he RUGA to make Fulani’s all over the world Citizens of Nigeria and create Land and space for their settlement in the name of the so called livestock Plan,
Daily watch investigations confirmed that several deceit is embedded in the Project which like the RUGA is not clearly exposed to Nigerians but secretly known to those in the helm of affairs of the Country as several secret clauses and things are attached to the said project and plan which are not openly laid out for every Nigerians and state Governments that have foolishly accepted it to know about.
Daily Watch findings about the Livestock plan which was also corroborated days ago by he executive governor of Bauchi state himself a Fulani with robust knowledge and idea about the Livestock and Ruga plots showed that the whole Livestock Plan is about the settlement of Fulanis as against Nigeria as a County as it is simply meant to cater for the interest of the Fulanis and create more land space all over the country for them (Fulanis) to move South Wards other than any other aim and eventually make them indigenes of every state in Nigeria which is the first step towards making the Country a Fulani Country s tome went on.
As Confirmed by Bala Mohammed ,the executive Governor of Bauchi state in a Sunrise Morning Program me on Channels Television few days ago, the program me would afford Fulanis all over Africa to migrate to Nigeria and fully settle down in the special land designated for the program and eventually turn this same foreigners to becoming indigenes and citizens of wherever they settled down.
The Bauchi governor who gave a graphic explanation of the aim of the National Livestock Plan told a bewildered Nation that the whole plan would see Fulanis from other Countries keying into the project and rushing to Nigeria to become participants and automatically citizens of Nigeria and indigenes wherever they are settled in under the Livestock plan.
According to the Bauchi Governor Bala Mohammed “The Livestock would bring about all Fulani’s from other African Country to settle in Nigeria as Citizen under the Livestock scheme since all Fulanis are one way or the other related to others in different Countries”.
What Bala Mohammed Bauchi State Governor did not ay in the said interview was that the whole aim of the Project and RUGA where geared towards promoting nothing other than the interest of the Fulanis all over Africa as against the interest of Nigeria and Nigerians, taken further it simply means that the Livestock Transformational Plan backed according to the Presidency by Vice President Osibanjo, a Christian Vice President is making any Fulani from any part of the world that is able to get to Nigeria, a Citizin of not just of Nigeria but an indigene of wherever he or she settles down under the so called Livestock plan which bears almost the same deceitful mantra like the suspended RUGA by the same Buhari’s administration that s promoting theses phony, selfish and tribal projects and plans coloring all in National garbs with the resources of Nigeria to satisfy the selfish desires of a particular tribe in Nigeria and geared towards promoting a tribe above all others just like the same WATER WAY Bill which is in the National Assembly all geared towards the interest of a single tribe, up of the North..
Daily Watch attempts to reach out to the Permanent secretary and others in the Ministry of Agriculture who are said to be part framers of the so called Livestock Plan for their response to the explanations given by the Bauchi governor Bala Mohammed on how a so called National Project by a so called leader of Nigeria is now explained in the level of a small tribe’s benefit was not responded to as everyone spoken to in the Ministry chooses to play deaf on the issue.
