The Delta State Governor and his predecessor, Messrs Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa and Dr. Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan as well as the Deputy Governor of Anambra State,Dr. Umeh Okeke today celebrated the fiftieth birthday bash of Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro,Deputy Governor of Delta State in fanfare.
The 50th birthday bash was spiced up with a Public Lecture/Book Presentation organized by the Society for Peace Studies and Practice,Nigeria(South-South) which held in Effurun near Warri.
Delta State Governor,Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa eulogized his deputy and said God revealed to him as his choice Deputy.
“God has a purpose by choosing Barr.Burutu Kingsley Otuaro as my deputy.”
Governor Okowa noted that Barr. Otuaro has contributed immensely to the existing peace being enjoyed in the State.
According to Governor Okowa,”He is peace loving and I convincingly confirm that he works towards achieving peace.
While congratulating Barr. Otuaro on his fiftieth birthday,Governor Okowa who also urged deltans to continue to live in peace with one another as that is the only way development and investors can come to the State.
Former Governor of Delta State,Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan also congratulated Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro his former Aide.

In a remark, the Delta State Deputy Governor,Barr. Kingsley Otuaro thanked God for his enormous grace and love towards him as well as the Delta State Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa and others for celebrating him at 50.
Barr. Otuaro said,”It’s a day of rejoicing. Am overwhelmed. Am indeed very glad to see this great day. I can’t thank God enough for the love and grace upon my life. Turning 50 today is heart-warming and exciting.
