FNDIC boss, Oboko lambasts Bekesuode Abulu of unguided utterance and cheap blackmail

Niger Delta frontline advocate of non-violent agitation and National President of the Federated Niger Delta Ijaw communities (FNDIC) Chief Bello Oboko,(Ebiyedouwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom) has lambasted  and described as a cheap blackmail of  comment of Hon. Bekesuode  Francis Abulu for describing  Niger Delta leaders who attended a meeting in Lagos with the Presidential amnesty Chairman, Professor Charles Dokubo as  complacents of the Niger Delta agitation.

 

 

The FNDIC boss made this disclosure in a press statement made available to Daily Watch reporter in Warri, said ‘‘What a cheap blackmail! Because some of us are involved it is wrong and not correct of Hon. Bekesuode Francis Abulu to say “Those leaders including the factional IYC President, Barr. Oweilaemi  who are currently attending this conference at the EKO Hotels and suits, Lagos are complacent”; whereas, leaders raised this same case in issue, on the floor of the said conference and the erudite Prof Charlse Doukubo responded to the affirmative, saying subsequent meetings shall be held / hosted in the Niger Delta region, period.

 

‘‘It is of essence to Nonviolence Practitioners that PEACE Meetings are better held /hosted outside crisis areas on neutral grounds.Perhaps, this was why the decision to make Jerusalem capital of Israel was taken in far away United States of America U.S. of A. but not in Tel Aviv.

”Yes, there is work to be done and we expect of you to measure your performance with the Will of God rather than insinuating to pull down others.Talk of things that unite us but not those that are likely to divide us.’’ The statement said
