The traditional ruler of Ewheru kingdom in Ughelli South LGA, His Royal Majesty S.S Obruche and his entourage have paid a visit to the Agbarho monarch at the weekend to celebrate with him who was on self-exile, away from his throne barely four years over internal crisis which resulted to sparodic gun shooting.
HRM S.S Obruche while addressing the audience in Agbarho at the palace of HRM Samson Ogugu, expressed joy and happiness for the return of his colleague HRM Samson Ogugu to regain his throne. He also thanked God and Delta state Government for the return of peace in Agbarho Kingdon. He prayed for peace and unity in all traditional Kingdoms in Urhobo nation.
Responding, HRM Samson Ogugu said that Urhobo traditional rulers have done so much for him during his travail. He said HRM S.S Obruche is his personal friend many years back.”We have come a long way as bosom friends before today as we are now traditional rulers by the grace of God. I thank him and his chiefs to deem it to pay me a visit at both my travail and celebration. I pray God to guide and protect him and his subjects in Uwheru kingdom for good health, long lives and prosperity” He noted.
HRM Ogugu reiterated that he had forgiven his traducers and called on every body to come back to the palace to join him to move the kingdom forward.
