Dr. Ebikabowei Victor Ben a.k.a General Boyloaf has thrown his weight on the federal government interim committee to run the affairs of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) through the ministry of Niger Delta Affairs under the able leadership of senator Godswill Akpabio.
General Boyloaf also wished to specially commend the Honorable Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio for his leadership and commitment in the overall development of the Niger Delta region.
He pledged the support of all ex-agitators to President Muhammadu Buhari and the honorable minister and also assure the honorable minister that they (General Boyloaf and all ex-agitators) will be ready partners as he steers the affairs of the ministry.
