In a jointly signed press release by the chairman NWA Comrade Odima Oseroghene and Public relations officer (PRO) Comrade Ezekiel Erifurun have said that Chief Oborevwori has stunned everybody in the state with his giant developmental strides.

According to them ” In the short frame of time what his Excellency had done has beaten out imagination. Chief Oborevwori has made Deltans to know that governance is not all about tea jamboree and partying with sugar-coated speeches. The ongoing three flyovers in Warri and other many projects are surprise to many of us being embarked upon by His Excellency, Chief Sherriff oborevwori. He came and told us during the campaign that we should vote for him and that Deltans would not regret giving him the mantle of leadership of the state. Today, to us as construction field engineers we are bold to say he has fulfilled or redeemed his pledge within a short time. We urge you to continue your good intention for Deltans without being distracted by political opponents to end strong in your first tenure.”

They called on the governor to direct indigenous pipeline contractors in the state, including multinationals not to abuse the local content law implemented during former President Geoduck Jonathan as local oil and Gas contractors are now using the local content law as punishment to Nigerian oil and gas workers by running a disguised  modern slavery in Niger Delta as many have cut off those benefits, including adequate remuneration being enjoyed with foreign contractors” they told the governor.
