The stage has finally been set for the total fencing out of the South East and much talked about South West Presidential  hope for 2023 if the series of decisions reached at a meet of some top select leaders of the North is anything to talk about.

Daily Watch sources in the kano Confirmed that a final decision and nail have been placed totally on the issue of shifting of the Presidency to the South come 2023 as the North have signed in to retain power after Buhari tenure elapsed and by so firmly putting asunder the highly touted ambition of one of the South West most ambitious leader Jagaban Bola Tinubu .

Daily watch sources confirmed that the meet which has among others Northern Leaders such as  two Ex Governors of Sokoto State, Yakassi Tanko, Junaid Mohammed, a representative of the Cabal and about twenty others specifically insisted that powers must not shift from the North and that the two  most popular Political Parties must work diligently towards fielding two Northerners for the 2023 Presidential race and specifically marked Abubakar Atiku for the PDP and Babagana Kingibe for the APC though with heated arguments against his choice and several others calling for some other candidates.

Daily Watch Sources confirmed that the meet finally agree to work assiduously using the present incumbency of Buhari and the structures in the North to mobilized for the new project which is 2023 for the North as against the noise of power shifting to the South West or South East.

It would be recalled that weeks back  a meet in the Aso Rock Villa the Cabal in the Presidency headed by the Senior Cousin of Mr. President have also strategically reached an agreement to stage a 2023  plot with kingibe as the APC presidential Candidate and fiercely using INEC to rig the elections as in the case of the 2019 election and also fence out any attempt to make INEC use the electronic Vote system in the 2023 elections by working with the National Assembly and the President to knock any proposal towards that direction(Electronic Voting) which they intend to cast under the toga of an anti North agenda claiming that it would disenfranchise most Northerners who are not politically enlightened to use the Electronic Vote system.

Daily watch frantic efforts to reach out to some south West leaders and South Eastern leaders on the plot of the North to work again for a Northern Presidency come 2023 was not possible as most that were spoken to were reluctant to speak on the issue
