Former Governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan has congratulated beneficiaries of the pipeline surveillance contract in the State.
Dr. Uduaghan spoke at the PDP Delta South Leadership meeting held at his residence in Warri.
He also appealed to the people of the area should not be left out in the scheme of things.
Dr. Uduaghan warned that outsiders should not be seen doing jobs that are supposed to be for the people of the area who mainly are from Delta South Senatorial District.
According to Dr. Uduaghan,”We nor go allow that kind thing.”
Dr also urged President Muhammadu Buhari to as a matter of urgency, setup or constitute the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission,NDDC.
He added that the Federal Government should do something positive to cushion the effects of the flood which ravaged so many communities as well as killed many citizens in the Country.
