*Nigeria is today suffering from what is called the ‘Buhari Syndrome’
*Can Buhari in all honesty tell us what his Son Yusuf, who is also a Youth doing?
*God help Nigeria. How in God’s name did this character rose to the level of a General in the first place.
‘‘Buhari Media Team in the Presidential Villa would Continue to fool and deceive themselves trying to interpret and re-in interpret, amend and repair, try to adjust and re-adjust his many failed and disgraceful statements and gaffes but that does not clear the fact that the man is a Secondary school dropout and that is now affecting him seriously in situations where it matters most. imagine after several years of unification known even to kindergartens a President of Nigeria still talk about a East and West Germany, calling a chancellor President and yet this same figure rose to become a General in the Nigerian Army because he is from a particular section of the country where anything goes, is that not a big disgrace, a dent, an insult and embarrassment to Educated Nigerians and Youths that this same man now rules over?’’
This is the angry reaction of the Leader of the New Bakkasi Strike Force (NBSF) General Maxwell Udoh reacted to the many gaffes of President Mohammadu Buhari and his most recent about Nigerian Youths which is generating heated condemnation in and around Nigeria and the world.
According to General Udoh, Buhari is a disgrace to the Nigerian Military if a man of such standing was able to go through the military successfully and eventually become a general then most of the so called Generals in Nigeria are suspect.
He lampooned the Nigeria system that allows people from certain part of the Country to rise to any level they wish without the requisite qualifications while those from other parts with the requisite qualification and even more are made to serve their counterpart who can barely read or write simple sentences.
According to Udoh ‘’Ít is shocking that a country where millions of graduates are roaming the streets without job, a school dropout can rise to the position of a General while well Educated contemporaries of his never got near that level or are retired before that level based on ethnic and religious sentiments and this same game is till date still prevalent in the Nigerian army where those from some parts must have five credits, school certificate before getting into the Nigerian army while in other areas a mere ability to say come in English gives them the privilege to become a military officer, is it not insulting, appalling and disgraceful?, it is from this kind of rot ,ethnicity, tribal disposition and foolish abnormalities that a man like Mohammadu Buhari without school certificate can rise to the position of a general in Nigerian army and this same thing is what is been replicated all over the Nigeria Civil Service and Society‘’
‘’It is this same mediocrity and poor educational background that makes the same Buhari appoints his own tribal men in almost all positions of Security around him from IG to NSA to Defense Minister to DSS boss, NIA boss etc so as to be able to communicate properly in their dialect rather than English which is a kind of anathema to him or can’t you see the repeated gaffes he makes when he goes out and now faces a society that his native dialect would not be acceptable? the many Gaffes his may Media team keeps twisting and re-twisting to explain to us what the President meant or wanted to say, Is it not an insult to a country like Nigeria with so much professors, Masters holders graduates and all that to be bedeviled by this kind of character who cannot even put on a computer but yet can have time to cast aspersion on the whole Nigerian Youths?
The Militant Leader called for the restructuring of the Country such that characters like this would only be accepted and found in the areas where mediocrity is respected and merit is not an issue.
He likened the backwardness of Nigeria today to issues like this where those who are supposed to hold positions, those who have the requisite qualifications are not placed but rather school certificate men and ladies because of where they come from are made to man sensitive position and by so send the whole country to uncommon retrogression rather than advance progression.
According to him ‘this positioning of half-baked and unqualified men from one part of the country to the detriment of the other qualified parts is what is killing the country today as it is seen in almost all sectors of the Nigeria system, where an unqualified officer is posted and promoted to become Inspector General what then becomes the state of such Police force, army or Customs? That is the rot and embarrassments we are seeing in almost all spectrum of the Nigerian society’’.
