Bayelsa: Police command to conduct mop-up screening exercise for applicants

Youths in ongoing police constable recruitment screening exercise in Bayelsa state

The Bayelsa State Police Command said it would conduct a mop-up screening exercise for applicants who missed its recruitment exercise with genuine reason.
The command disclosed this in a press statement signed by SP Asinim Butswat on Saturday, the Police Public relations officer in Yenagoa.
“The Bayelsa State Police Command have concluded the physical and credentials screening of applicants in the ongoing recruitment into the Nigeria Police Force.
” A total number of 1,890  applicants were screened so far, from Brass, Ekeremor, Kolokuma/Opukuma, Nembe, Ogbia, Sagbama, Southern Ijaw and Yenagoa Local Government Areas,” Butswat said.
The statement noted that the exercise would hold from Monday 7th to Teusday 8th September 2020  at the Police Officers mess in Yenagoa, the state capital.
