YENAGOA-The Nigeria Police Force, Bayelsa state command has promised to introduced a more people oriented policing in it fight against criminality.
The new commissioner of police posted to the state, Don Awuna, stated this while addressing newsmen in Yenagoa.
He said he would employ a crime reduction strategy that would encourage people oriented and focused policing through interagency corporation.
Before he was posted to the state, he served in the anti-terrorism Unit, at the Forces Headquarters in Abuja
