Reformed Niger Delta Avengers(RNDA) has warned that they are prepared to resume hostilities to cripple the nation’s economy with “a well coordinated attack of all oil facilities and oil pipelines across the length and breadth of the region in the creek should the cabals in the presidency heed to the sponsored manovering and selfish cheap blackmail from those fraudsters lobbying for the removal of the Special Adviser to the President and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Professor Charles Dokubo.”

In a statement signed by Johnmark Ezon-Ebi, the leader of the RNDA, the group said that it is “vehemently opposed to the sponsored removal of Professor Charles Dokubo as the Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, which would lead to renewed crisis in the region” noting that from their point of view there had been too many changes in the headship in the Amnesty office which is affecting the smooth operations of the Amnesty Programme since it’s establishment.

The group noted with dismay that those at the forefront calling and clamoring for the removal of Professor Charles Dokubo l “should put their vehicles in reverse gear and retrace their movement.”

Going further, RNDA said: “It is quite painful and worrisome by the APC National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole to be little himself to be used by one Mike Loyibo.

“At this juncture the RNDA want to thank President Muhammadu Buhari for the appointment of Professor Charles Dokubo who is a bona fide son of the Niger Delta, a man with clean track record with no corruption toga on his forehead in the first place to pilot the affairs of the Amnesty programme which has brought sanity to the programme having displayed transparency and given it a new lease of life which is first of it’s kind since the establishment of the program.”
