A’Ibom: NAPTAN  advocates educational growth

The National Parent Teachers Association of Nigeria, (NAPTAN) Akwa Ibom Chapter has appealed for parents to always advocate towards the development of education in the state as government would take advantage of their advocacy to tackle lapses capable of  declining our educational system.

The State Chairman of NAPTAN Akwa Ibom Chapter, Elder Imo O. Ataide(Jp) Made the appeal while addressing members of the association during their meeting in Uyo. The Chairman said Government would not fail to have listening ears toconwards their contribution for the Development of Education as they acknowledge that parents also have a role to play in the Education system, since Government have not relent to provide standard and qualitative education generally accepted that would Compete across the globe .

According to him, despite their contribution, his administration has executed a lot of project and especially that of the magazine watch would definitely make parents to have full knowledge over their activities in the association, as they are moving forward to leave a legacy which has not exist since the establishment of the association in the state.

He said they would not relent towards their effort to make sure the association always partner with government for our children education sake not to experience the decline  and believe the relationship would continue to produce positive development.

The State NAPTAN boss has commended parents for their massive turnout despite the short notice, showcase that they are responsible parents that have good characters for the mission of the state to have quality education that can compete across the Globe. While he said they would continue to do their best for the state not to experience decline over their educational development.
