Akwa Ibom Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel has drawn the battle line to eradicate cultism in Secondary Schools across the state without compromise not to jeopardise the children education.
Cultism must be shown the way out without tolerating the menace not to frustrate our educational system understanding the children are leaders of tomorrow.
Gov. Udom Emmanuel stated this recently during a special thanksgiving service to mark the retirement of Chief Judge of Akwa Ibom State in Uyo.
The governor has called on parents to make sure their children don’t associate with cult activities educating them the danger and consequences over cult activities while join with government to make sure eradicate cultism in secondary schools across the state and warn parents to advise their children that government is not joking with the matter of cultism.
He said government would not relent without keeping any stone unturn over the issue and call on the students to take their studies seriously not to engage in cult activities and understand if they are caught they strictly on their own.
He used the medium to commend Justice Abraham over his superlative hard work when he was in service and believe by his hard work God would continue to recognise him no matter the circumstances or challenge he has experienced over his.id profession while advise the younger ones to emulate him to attain to that position of their great profession.
