No fewer than 112,032 Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) are yet to be collected in Akwa Ibom State.
The Public Affairs Officer of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Akwa Ibom State, Don Etukudo, made this known on Saturday.
Etukudo spoke on a Planet FMprogramme in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital.
Etukudo also spoke on the efforts made by INEC to ensure that more voters were registered.
According to him, campaigns were taken to churches and schools among others.
He appealed to the people of the state who were yet to collect their PVCs to visit their local government areas to collect them.
That, he said, would enable them to vote during the coming elections.
