The Imam central mosque Akwa Ibom State, Alahji  Bello Dahim called for peace and especially protection on the nation, it’s people and the leaders

Alshji Bello Dahim made the call while speaking with media practitioners shortly after the Eld-Fitr ceremony in Uyo. Said they have prayed against insecurity, kidnapping, anger and crime across the country

He said it would be very unfortunate if they don’t pray to God for peace, harmony and security for the nation and its people while commended Akwa Ibom government for maintain peace across the state without discrimination or irrespective religion among the people embrace peace becoming the most peaceful state across the federation

The leader Hausa community, Alahji Hassan Sarduaki said they have prayed fervently for the nation especially desperately needs God peace in view of the challenge facing the nation and belief God would surely extend hand of fellowship towards the development for the nation to witness and experience peace

He said the issue of insecurity would be history when God intervene and urged all citizens to be fair to one another and seek restoration through repentance, humility, and love, peace, progress among the people showcasing God love to humanity

The chairman Arawa in Akwa Ibom, Hon. Emmanuel Ogbole said through their prayers God would respond positively  and called for peace among the religion while advise the youths to disassociate themselves from violence, crises and use the Eld-Fitr to embrace peace.
