Akwa Ibom Government should create out favourable modalities across the markets and ATM centre to avoid the contact and spreading of Covid -19 Pandemic in the State.

The General overseer of alpha holy flames ministry, Pastor Peter Emmanuel stated this in an interview with newsmen in Uyo on Sunday shortly after service.

The clergy said Government should critically view the issue and act fast over the matter before experience more Covid -19 Pandemic cases in the State, because what is really witnessing across those places are terrible without maintaining social distance seriously needs urgent attention as some Citizens have neglected Government directives on Covid -19 Pandemic.

“Citizens should not careless and see markets and ATM Centers as common places may contact the virus without having carnal knowledge rather should always careful and take advantage of the face masks and maintain social distance for their own interest”.

The General overseer appeal that Government should not be hard with the Church especially demolition of a Church building and also the issue of Christ Embassy was not a welcome development as the Church is not the cause of the Covid -19 Pandemic while acknowledge the Church as a great role to play when it comes to Covid -19 issue despite that continue to fast and pray for God intervention.
