The Senior Political Adviser (SPOLAD) to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State Rt Hon Funkekeme Solomon yesterday visited various orphanage homes in Asaba, capital of Delta state and donated various food items to them.
Funkekeme visited the Lumen Christi Family Motherless Babies Orphanage home and God on Eartgcare Orphanage homes celebrated with the chiildren to mark his 60th birthday.
He tols the children to be of good conduct stressing that regardless of their situation , they can aspire to any profession of their choice through God’s will.
He prayed with the children and presented to them some food items and toiletries.
Earlier, the children of the Orphanage homes welcomed Funkekeme with a special brthday song and prayed for him and his family for God’s protection and wisdom.
The sixtieth Birthday celebration which will climax on Sunday 24th April 2022 with a Thanksgiving Service at Winners Chapel Ibusa Road Asaba was kick started yesterday when some political appointees and staff of the SPOLAD will converged very early at his residence in Asaba..
