The Delta state police command has revealed that last weekend boat mishap that occured in Binnet Island Gbaramatu river in Warri South West LGA of Delta state recorded four confirmed dead and six injured, nineteen rescued and one still missing.
The Delta police command spokesman SP Bright Edafe made the revelation during a press briefing with journalists in Ughelli Delta state.
According to him,i” the boat mishap in Binnet Island recorded five found dead, and six injured,nineteen rescued and one still misding.,”
He said the injured victims are undegoing medication in undisclosed hospital in Warri.
”six persons injured and still receiving treatment, nineteen persons rescued, one still missing” he noted.
