In what now seemed to have the direct signature of the Minister of the Niger Delta Godswill Akpabio, another outspoken critic and number one witness of the whole loot in the NDDC was shockingly and shamefully under siege early this morning just as several top NDD directors and staff are been under watched and caution over what testimony to give to the National assembly.
In what clearly showed a confirmation of the statement by Joy Nunieh alleging that Cairo Ojugho confirmed that he can kill for Akpabio, several situation in and around the country points to the eventual actualization of this threats as several Nigerians who had spoken,written and about to give evidences on the grand loots in the NDDC are either dead, under attack or siege.
Daily Watch findings recalled the shameful and cold blooded Murder of one of the first man involved in the NDDC protest in Udu Road Warri several Weeks ago which shockingly was followed by the brazen attack and near murder of the Daily Watch Publisher Mr.Cletus Opukeme by men in Police Uniform claiming to be from the office of the Inspector General of Police without warrant or invitation and now the siege on Joy Nunieh’s home in GRA Port Harcourt within Weeks by Police Officers without ny form of invitation or Warrant thereby raising speculation like in the case of the Daily Watch Publisher that they were actually on a simple mission to take the off of the Ex-NDDC boss since if the arrest were to be officially sanction it mustn’t have come in the odd hours of that morning when it would have been difficult to know who actually did it.
Daily Watch investigations confirmed that apart from the Late Ijaw patriot that was suspected to have been killed over Apkabio’s issue, the Publisher and Joy over six other persons are said to be under surveillance by some team of Police Officers who are tactically threatening them to back off on giving any evidences as concerns Akpabio and his group total looting of the NDDC.
Daily Watch Sources Confirmed that Akpabio’s strength and Confidence over the whole looting brouhaha lies in his association with one of the closest aides of Mr. President who was said to have also gotten several part of the heist from Akpabio as protection fee even before the National assembly inquisition d it is this aide that is assisting I every way to muscle all attempt to fully expose Akpabio using the Police while the Minister makes use of some ex –Militants for his dirty business of silencing and threatening Nigerians in to silence.
Daily Watch tried reaching out to the PPRO on why such a sensitive raid should be done in that odd hours few days after the Rivers state Governors and Reno Omokri has raised the flag about plots to eliminate Joy Nunieh when it would have been easier to serve her a warrant if she had contravene any laws and need the attention of the Nigerian Police but as Usual with the Nigerian Police when it concerns Akpabio and all those close to this aide of the President who was involved in the shooting rage in the Villa, silence is the answer to all questions.
