Ororekpe media practitioners forum in Okpe Local Government Area has congratlated the emergence of Delta State govrnor-elect Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and other Okpe sons who came out victorious in the just concluded 2023 general election.
The group speaking through its Chairman, Comrade George Igbi at the Occasion, described the victory of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori,- Delta State governor elect, Okakuro Ede Dafinone- Delta Central Senate elect, Bar Ben. Etanabene- House of Rep. Elect for Okpe, Sapele and Uvwie Federal Constituency and Hon. James Augoye– Delta State House of Assembly, Okpe Constituency as victory for Okpe Kingdom, adding that this sweet victory has never happen in the history of Okpe Kingdom..
The group expressed gratitude to God Almighty for his love for Okpe Kingdom at the 2023 general elections and prayed to God to grant the winners a successful tenure.
The group equally expressed its readiness to work with the winners to promote their activities through out the four years they will stay in Office.
He called on Okpe Sons and daughters to rally round them and support them with prayers so that they will perform creditably well that will lead to transformation of Okpe Kingdom and Delta State in general.
Comrade Igbi advised Okpe Sons and daughters to shun all form of pull him down syndrone and rather support them with prayers.
