Golden Albion stunned highly rated Osevan 2-0 to emerged winner of the 2022 Bet9ja Delta state Football Association, DFA, League, this Wednesday at the Stephen Keshi Staduim, Asaba.
Both goals came from each half after Osevan Fc failed to convert many of her changes.
While Ndame Fc pipped Holyfeild Lion fc 1-0 to clinched the 300,000 naira Third Place Prize money.
Chairman of the Delta State FA, Kenneth Nwanboacha thanked the sponsors of the state league, the DFA board members and congratulate Golden Albion for emerging winner and other participating teams who put up a good fight.
Super Agent, Dick Marvel who pilot the Bet9ja affairs in the soccer event thanked the Chairperson of Bet9ja Kunle Soname and the brand Ambassador Victor Ikpeba who was present at the finals. He said their contribution to youth football competition is well appreciated.
Golden Albion cart away with the One Million first Prize money while Osaven Fc got the Five hundred thousand naira second prize money.
